It is either a motherboard problem bios problem.

I wanted to check out my wireless broadband. Will not detect the battery. My power supply will run the netbook without the battery. When rebooted i saw that the charging led was lit or 1 or 2 second may be.

Computer shuts off when you disconnect the power adapter. Since no has a valid answer to this question i will never buy another acer computer again. I m not sure if the problem is the battery or the ac adaptor itself. Acer aspire one d270 mati total dead matot duration.
